Autumn family break: free 2-Day ticket for Kids

• Offer bookable until 30 October 2026 and valid for arrivals between 28 September 2026 and 30 October 2026.
• Important: Children traveling as part of the booking must be included in the reservation. Only then can the benefit of free park admission for children up to and including 11 years of age be applied.
• This offer is valid for new short-break bookings made by 31 October 2026, for arrivals up to 31 October 2026.
• The offer applies exclusively to overnight stay packages (Basic Adventure including tickets and Worry-Free Package) at the Holiday Camp and Adventure Hotel.
• This offer is only valid for new bookings made during the promotional period through the official Heide Park Resort booking portal for the applicable stay dates. It cannot be combined with other offers and is not valid for bookings made through third-party websites.
• The advertised “starting from” prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3-11 years).
• All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The complimentary 2-day ticket included in the offer for children up to and including 11 years of age is valid only on two consecutive days during the booked stay.
• Optional Cancellation Protection can be added to the booking.*
• Prices are subject to change at any time.

* With the optional paid Cancellation Protection, the booking can be cancelled without providing a reason up to 12:00 noon on the day before arrival. The cancellation request must be sent within the deadline by email to stornierungen@heide-park.de. The amount already paid for the trip will be refunded, less the Cancellation Protection fee. If this deadline is missed, the standard cancellation conditions set out in our Booking Terms and Conditions (ARB/GTC) will apply.

Rides for children and families are highlighted on the park map, our app and our website. Please also take note of the information and requirements provided on site.

If your child gets lost in the park, a member of staff will take them to the Service Centre. Pick up a free wristband from the Service Centre in the morning, write your name and telephone number on it, and we’ll reunite you very quickly.

Parents with children aged three or under can collect the Baby Switch Pass free of charge from the Service Centre. This allows you, as parents, to take turns riding the rollercoaster without having to queue again. The pass is only available on days when the Express Ticket is also available for booking.

This offer applies exclusively to new bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings or reservations already made.

Special offers, discounts or complimentary additional services (e.g. ‘children stay free’) apply exclusively to new bookings made during the relevant promotional period. The promotional terms and conditions cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. There is no entitlement to free cancellation, rebooking or amendment of existing contracts on the basis of promotions introduced at a later date.

Our evening buffet offers you a varied selection of hot and cold dishes, ranging from fresh starters and salads to a wide variety of main courses and delicious desserts. Beer, wine, soft drinks and a selection of hot drinks are also included, so you can enjoy your evening to the full.
