With your Bronze Pass, you’ll enjoy free entry to Heide Park Resort for one year, including events and shows. Please note the days when the Bronze Pass is not valid.
Parking option
If you’ve added the car park option to your Bronze Pass for €29, you can park in the car park at Heide Park Resort as often as you like for the duration of your annual pass. To take advantage of this, simply bring your annual pass with you on the day of your visit and scan it at the car park barrier.

With your Silver Pass, you get free entry to Heide Park Resort for one year, including events and shows. There are no days when entry is restricted!

With your Silver Pass, you can enjoy a 10% discount in shops and restaurants at Heide Park Resort. To take advantage of this offer in the park, simply show your annual pass.

Friends Special
With your Silver Pass, you can bring up to four friends to Heide Park Resort at a discounted price once during the validity period of your annual pass. This makes your adventure together even more fun! Discounted tickets start at €25 per person.
Discount on accommodation
Make your visit a special experience and stay overnight at the Adventure Hotel or Holiday Camp! With the Silver Pass, you’ll enjoy a 10% discount on accommodation at Heide Park Resort. To book, you’ll need the 18-digit barcode from your valid pass. To gain entry to the park, you can simply use your pass.

Free Parking
With your Merlin Adventure Pass, you can park for as long as you like in the car park at Heide Park Resort for the duration of your annual pass. To take advantage of this, simply bring your annual pass with you on the day of your visit and scan it at the car park barrier.

With your Merlin Adventure Pass, you’ll enjoy free entry to Heide Park Resort for a whole year, as well as access to many other leisure attractions across Germany and Europe!
Discounts in shops and restaurants
With your Merlin Adventure Pass, you can enjoy a 10% discount in shops and restaurants at Heide Park Resort and at other Merlin attractions in Germany. To take advantage of this offer in the park, simply show your annual pass at the cash desk.

Calendar for exclusion and closure dates
Check here for the days when Heide Park Resort is closed during the regular season and the exclusion dates for your annual pass. Exclusion dates apply to the Bronze Pass only; with the Silver Pass and the Merlin Adventure Pass you can visit Heide Park Resort on any opening day during the regular season.
Help & FAQs about your annual pass
Digital annual pass
You’ll find your digital annual pass in the confirmation email you’ll receive after your purchase. You can save it on your smartphone and show it at every visit.
Yes, our annual passes are issued as digital passes (DigiPass), which you can save in the Wallet section of the Heide Park Resort app or in your Apple or Android Wallet. Alternatively, you can print out your annual pass or, if you wish, purchase a stylish collectable plastic card on your first visit to the park for an additional fee.
You can access your annual pass at any time via the booking confirmation email. Please check your inbox and your spam folder to find the email.
If you paid for your annual pass via PayPal and used a different email address there to the one you normally use, please be sure to also check the inbox of the email account linked to your PayPal account.
If you cannot find either your annual pass or the booking confirmation email, please contact us, quoting your order number.
Yes, you can save your annual pass on several of your own devices. However, the annual pass is always personalised, which means it can only be used by the registered person.
Duration & Validity
Your annual pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You can find the expiry date on your digital annual pass.
Yes, all the benefits included in the relevant pass generally apply throughout the entire validity period of your annual pass.

Upgrade options
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier annual pass at any time.
During the validity period of your annual pass, you can upgrade in person at the Service Centre in the park.
During the renewal period for your annual pass (28 days before to 28 days after the expiry date), you can also upgrade online:
- Select an annual pass tier here
- Select the ‘Annual Pass Renewal’ option
- Enter the barcode number of your current annual pass (18 digits) and your name (as it appears on the pass)
- Check your details and upload a recent photo
- Complete the booking process.
Once the upgrade is complete, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of the new annual pass. You can find all the benefits here.
To add the parking option retrospectively for €29, please contact the Service Center in the park.
Renewals
Yes, existing annual passes can be renewed within the period of 28 days before to 28 days after their expiry date.
The choice is yours:
Same option: Get your new pass in the same category as the one you currently have – everything stays just as you know it.
Upgrade: Choose a higher annual pass category and enjoy even more benefits.
