* With the optional, paid travel cancellation insurance, your booking can be canceled up to one day before arrival at 12pm without providing a reason. A cancellation email must be sent on time to stornierungen@heide-park.de. The amount already paid will be refunded, minus the travel cancellation insurance fee. If the deadline is missed, the standard cancellation terms as per our ARB/AGB apply.
FAQs
Attractions for children and families are specially marked on the park map, our app, and our website. Please also note the information and requirements on site.
If your child gets lost in the park, a member of staff will take them to the Service Center. Pick up a free wristband at the Service Center in the morning, write your name and phone number on it, and we'll reunite you in no time.
Parents with children up to three years of age can obtain a Baby Switch Pass free of charge at the Service Center. This allows parents to take turns riding the roller coaster without having to wait in line again. Passes are only issued on days when Express Tickets are also available for purchase.
We were swallowed by the mouth of the octopus, fought giants, flew with demons, pushed ourselves to the limit, hunted ghosts... in short: there wasn't a dull moment!
The waiting times were always reasonable (never more than 30 minutes) and thanks to the excellent app, it was very easy to plan our visits to the attractions. After five adrenaline-fuelled days, we are incredibly happy to be heading home with our rucksacks full of wonderful memories and we are looking forward to coming back in the summer. The park is definitely recommended."
Well worth a visit. We spent three days here (staying overnight at the adventure hotel) and never got bored. There is so much to experience. Whether it's roller coasters, rides through the park on various trains, raft rides, carousels, etc. The ride operators were also very friendly. Nothing stands in the way of a good time here. We were travelling with our daughter (aged 4) and can wholeheartedly recommend it for very young children too.

The weather was on our side, so nothing stood in the way of a water fight on the boats.
