Please note:

  • Renewal is possible from 28 days before up to 28 days after the expiration date.

You have the choice:

  • Same variant: Get your new pass in the same category as your current one – everything stays just the way you know it.
  • Upgrade: Choose a different annual pass category and enjoy even more benefits.

It’s that simple:

  1. Decide on a pass in the ticket shop
  2. Select the option "Annual Pass Renewal" (see screenshot)
  3. Enter the barcode number of your current annual pass (18 digits) and your name (as it appears on the card)
  4. Check your details and upload a current photo
  5. Complete the booking process

Tip: Do you want a pass with a parking option? Then select an annual pass with the corresponding option right away.

The most important things at a glance:

  • Extension of the pass at reduced prices compared to a new purchase.  
  • Extension possible from 28 days before up to 28 days after the expiration of validity.  
  • Extension is valid for an additional 365 days (subject to price changes).  
  • Upgrade to a higher or better pass version is possible.  
  • For the Bronze Pass, there is no discounted extension price, but a switch to another pass version is possible.

No. Your extended annual passes will be issued as digital annual passes (DigiPasses), which you can save on your phone (e.g., in the wallet of the Heide Park app or another wallet) or also print out.

For an additional charge, you can have your annual pass issued as a plastic card at the service center.

Online and on-site, you can extend your annual pass between 28 days before and 28 days after its expiration. All extensions are valid for twelve months, based on the expiration date of your annual pass.

If an extension fails online at the barcode number entry, the card was probably issued at another attraction and is not present in our database. Please extend these cards with us in the park or online at the issuing attraction.

Please note that an extension of annual passes is only possible 28 days before and 28 days after the expiration of your existing annual pass. If you receive an error message when booking (e.g., after uploading the photo), it is very generally formulated. Then, please make sure to check the expiration date of your annual pass to ensure that you are within the extension period.

If your pass falls within the extension period (28 days before and 28 days after expiration) and the extension still cannot be booked, please contact info@heide-park.de and provide your passport number(s).
