And this is how easily you redeem your gift for a pass or your pass booked at the ticket machine:

1. Make sure to have your ticket ready, which you received as a gift or obtained from the ticket machine. You will need the 18-digit code printed on it for redemption.
2. Select the correct pass below that you received as a gift or that you booked at the ticket machine.
3. During the booking process, you will be asked for your individual code. This code is the 18-digit code below the barcode on your ticket.
4. After you have entered your personal information and uploaded a photo of yourself, you can complete the redemption.
