Accessibility at Heide Park
Here you will find an overview of the most important information for guests with disabilities. You will also find an overview of which rides you can try if you have limited mobility.
You can get anywhere in the park with a wheelchair, as all roads and paths are paved. We are aware that we still need to make improvements here and there and ask for your understanding.
(Please note that there are strobe lights here and there).
Accessibility at Heide Park
Parking
We offer parking spaces close to the entrance for all guests with a blue parking permit for people with disabilities. Please note that you still need to book a paid parking ticket.
WCs
Most toilets at Heide Park Resort are accessible for disabled visitors. You can find the nearest disabled toilet in our app. ‘Toilet for all next to the first aid station’: A ‘toilet for all’ equipped with a ceiling lift and stretcher is now available for people with severe and multiple disabilities to change incontinence pads, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing day in the park.
Assistance dogs
You are permitted to bring your certified assistance dog with you to all of our restaurants, playgrounds and shops.
Information for guests with special needs can be found here.
