If you’re driving, take the A7 and exit at Soltau-Ost. From there, the way to Heide Park Resort is clearly signposted. Theme park parking is available on site, and it’s recommended that you book in advance for the best price.

If you're traveling by train, your destination stations are Soltau (HAN) or Wolterdingen (HAN). From Wolterdingen (HAN), it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Heide Park Resort.
If you're coming from Hamburg, we recommend getting off at Wolterdingen (HAN) and walking the rest of the way to the park.

Please note that booking your theme park parking ticket should be done online, as an on-site purchase will only be possible in exceptional cases and not at the online price. The prices for on-site purchases differ from the online prices and are higher.

The Heide Park Resort has two large car parks with space for around 8,000 cars and approx. 300 buses / motorhomes.
Important information for motorhomes / cars with caravans / campers:
- Please note that our car park is not an official parking area.
- If you wish to leave your vehicle in the car park overnight, the parking fee must also be paid for the second day.
- Please keep your vehicles ready to leave at all times. This means, among other things, that caravans may not be unhitched or awnings extended.
- Open fires / barbecues are not permitted in our car park.
Visitors With Disabilities
We reserve theme park parking spaces directly at the entrance area for our visitors with disabilities, so you don’t have far to walk before your adventure begins. As with standard Heide Park parking, booking a dated ticket should be done online, as on-site purchase will only be possible in exceptional cases and not at the online price. On-site purchase prices will differ from online prices and will be higher.
When driving up to Heide Park Resort, we ask that you use the far right lane and have your blue "disabled parking permit" ready so that our staff can direct you to the appropriate parking spaces. If you are travelling with a disabled guest, it is advisable to stop in the designated drop-off zone directly in front of the entrance to reduce the walking distance from the car park.
