Cancellation or rebooking is not possible for overnight packages at Heide Park Adventure Hotel including the Merlin Adventure Pass. Travel cancellation insurance cannot be added to the booking.

On all days during the 2026 season up to and including 31st July 2026, our ‘Basic Adventure incl. Tickets’ and ‘All-Inclusive Package’ accommodation packages at Heide Park Adventure Hotel automatically include the Merlin Adventure Pass at no extra charge instead of the regular 2-day ticket.
Until 1st March 2026, when you book the ‘Basic Adventure incl. Tickets’ and ‘All-Inclusive Package’ accommodation packages at Heide Park Adventure Hotel, you will automatically receive a Merlin Adventure Pass at no extra charge instead of the regular 2-day ticket.

This offer is an exclusive, limited-time promotion for accommodation packages at Heide Park Adventure Hotel. The 2-day ticket is still included in the accommodation packages at the Holiday Camp.

A few minutes after booking confirmation or full payment, you will receive an email with vouchers to activate your Merlin Adventure Passes. Immediately after receiving the vouchers, you can activate your Merlin Adventure Passes and use them at magical Merlin attractions throughout Germany before your stay with us at Heide Park Resort.
Please note the following information about the Merlin Adventure Pass voucher:
- Vouchers are personalised for booked participants
- Passes can only be activated for booked participants
- Resale or similar of vouchers is not permitted
- Passes can be activated immediately upon receipt of the vouchers, but no later than upon arrival
The vouchers themselves are not valid Merlin Adventure Passes! You must activate your passes before use. Activation is possible upon receipt of the vouchers and must be done before arrival (up to a maximum of six months after booking your Heide Park short break).
It's that easy:
- Visit www.heide-park.de/map-aktivieren
- Select the number of passes you need
- Enter the barcodes from your vouchers (4599999...) one after the other in the ‘Promotion Code’ field
- Enter the personal details of the pass holders and upload a photo of each one
- Once the booking process is complete, you will receive the digital Merlin Adventure Passes by email
You will need an active Merlin Adventure Pass during your stay if you want to experience the attractions at Heide Park. Please activate your pass before entering Heide Park – admission is only possible with an activated valid pass (or another valid ticket).
Along with your booking confirmation, you will receive vouchers for the Merlin Adventure Pass and a separate parking ticket for your stay. Scan the parking ticket at the barrier at the entrance to the Heide Park Adventure Hotel.
With your Merlin Adventure Pass, you can park for free in our regular car park as a day guest during the validity period. Simply scan your pass at the barrier.
The Merlin Adventure Pass is an annual pass that gives you free admission to Heide Park Resort and 14 other Merlin attractions throughout Germany (including LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort and PEPPA PIG Park Günzburg) for one year.

A dream come true for children. Every floor is different. The jungle room we booked was furnished with great attention to detail and was very clean. Breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired for children or adults alike. Very friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. A wonderful little break from everyday life...
Great for children and adults alike. We have an annual pass and will be coming back much more often over the next 12 months! We look forward to trying out all the rides and seeing all the shows.
Very nice hotel, both breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was a wide selection. The room was clean. And the service was great. The park has a lot to offer for young and old, there is something for everyone. We will be back.
Simply worth the trip. We spent three days here (staying overnight at the adventure hotel) and never got bored. There is so much to experience. Whether it's roller coasters, rides through the park on various trains, raft rides, carousels, etc. The ride operators were also very friendly. Nothing stands in the way of a good time here. We were travelling with our daughter (aged 4) and can wholeheartedly recommend it for very young children too.
