Your arrival
The address of the Heide Park Resort is:
Heide Park Resort
Heide Park 1
29614 SoltauYou will also find the Heide Park Adventure Hotel and the Holiday Camp at this address.
Entering into Navigation System
Planning your route with a navigation system? You can find the Heide Park Resort under "Special Destinations" - "Amusement Parks."

You can also easily reach the Heide Park Resort by bus and train (www.bahn.de or www.start-ni-de). Another useful option is the route planner of the Bremen/Lower Saxony Transport Association.
If you're traveling by train, your destination stations are Soltau (HAN) or Wolterdingen (HAN). From Wolterdingen (HAN), it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Heide Park Resort.
If you're coming from Hamburg, we recommend getting off at Wolterdingen (HAN) and walking the rest of the way to the park.

Parking
Please note that the booking of a dated car park ticket should be made online, as an on-site purchase will only be possible in exceptional cases and not at the online price. The prices for on-site purchases differ from the online prices and are higher.
Online prices - Fee per day / vehicle
12,00€ - Car / Van / Motorcycles
12,00€ - Overnight guests - Heide Park Adventure Hotel / Holiday Camp
18,00€ - Motorhomes / cars with caravans / camper vans
The Heide Park Resort has two large car parks with space for around 8,000 cars and approx. 300 buses / motorhomes.
Important information for motorhomes / cars with caravans / campers:
- Please note that our car park is not an official parking area.
- If you wish to leave your vehicle in the car park overnight, the parking fee must also be paid for the second day.
- Please keep your vehicles ready to leave at all times. This means, among other things, that caravans may not be unhitched or awnings extended.
- Open fires / barbecues are not permitted in our car park.
-
Visitors with a disability
For our visitors with disabilities, we have reserved parking spaces directly in the entrance area, so that you don't have to walk far until you can start your adventure. Please note that booking a dated parking ticket should be done online, as on-site purchase will only be possible in exceptional cases and not at the online price. On-site purchase prices will differ from online prices and will be higher.
When driving up to Heide Park Resort, we ask that you use the far right lane and have your blue "disabled parking permit" ready so that our staff can direct you to the appropriate parking spaces. If you are travelling with a disabled guest, it is advisable to stop in the designated drop-off zone directly in front of the entrance to reduce the walking distance from the car park.
