Please note the following important information for ticket purchase
- You bought a discounted ticket with a coupon?
Please follow the information on the coupon for redemption. Redemption exclusively online. - It says on your voucher that you have to hand it in on-site? WARNING! If you book such a promotion ticket (only available online), you MUST present a coupon matching the promotion code at the entrance (it is not enough to show a photo of it). This coupon is NOT available via voucher portals (e. g. GutscheinPro or BILD. de), but e. g. in the branches of our promotion partners. If you arrive at the entrance without a matching voucher, your ticket will not be accepted. Please do not use codes from voucher portals. The codes are intended exclusively for customers of our promotion partners who receive these coupons e. g. in a branch. If no voucher / promotion coupon can be presented, the ticket will NOT be accepted. A refund is excluded in this case.
- Please make sure you have booked the right ticket!
- Especially reservation tickets are accidentally booked for another category. Be sure to check if you have booked the right reservation ticket for your annual pass, adventure pass or season pass.
Please book reservation tickets only if you are coming! - Dear holders of an annual pass or a season pass, we would like to ask you to book reservation tickets only if you really want to come. Unfortunately, we had to find that often reservation tickets were booked, but then they were not used. This is a great pity, as it takes away the opportunity of anyone else who would have liked to come.

Season & annual pass holders
- If you have a season pass or an annual pass, you must (until further notice) book a reservation ticket in advance for your desired visit day.
Parking
- Parking ticket please also book online in advance. On-site purchase is possible only in exceptional cases and not at the online price. On-site purchase prices differ from online prices and are higher.

If you have an undated day ticket for the season 2022 or a valid annual pass / season pass, you must book a free reservation ticket for your desired day of visit in advance until further notice.

Please also book your parking ticket online in advance. A purchase on site is only possible in exceptional cases and not at the online price.

ATMs with a limited number of tickets are available in the entrance area. Please note: To get the best price and guaranteed admission, please book your tickets online in advance.
Please note that the booking of a dated parking ticket should also be made online, as a purchase on site will only be possible in exceptional cases and not at the online price. Prices for on-site purchases differ from online prices and are higher.

Tickets in combination with a hotel or camp overnight stay
No additional reservation ticket is necessary.

Promotional vouchers such as 2f1-vouchers are not redeemable on some days in the 2022 season. Booking is not possible on these days. Please choose another day for your visit.
Yes, we offer the Express Butler again on selected days in 2022. The Express Butler will be activated for booking in time before the start of the season – please be patient. Please book this service in advance online, as a spontaneous booking on site is not possible if the Express Butler is fully booked on your visit day.

For the Merlin Adventure Pass and the Heide Park Season Pass, there is an exclusive special price on site for those who are already in the park with a paid ticket (this is only valid on the same day of the visit and cannot be granted afterwards). Just come to the Service Center on your visit day.
