Useful information
With your ticket, you can see all attractions and shows as often as you like. In exceptional cases, some attractions may not be available due to maintenance work. In the event of rain and/or power failure, the ticket will not be refunded. Tickets cannot be rebooked for another day.
A 0€ ticket via our online shop is also required for children under 90cm, for example, who receive free admission.
A car park ticket is required if you arrive by car. On-site car park tickets are only available with card payment and not at the online price.
