The box office and our restaurants accept EC cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and cash.

Should your child get lost, please contact one of our employees. At the Service Centre you can obtain a free sticker to write down your name and mobile phone number.

Seven of our 10 restrooms are wheelchair-accessible (with the exceptions of the windmill at Port Royal, the bus parking lot and Desert Race).

Public telephones are located in the entrance area.

At Heide Park, security is our highest priority. Three test rides and daily maintenance are part of the daily security routine. Next to our internal security tests we are, of course, also subject to controls by external experts. In addition to the legally binding annual main examination, the TüV (Technical Control Board) comes in a second time for start-up tests.

Lockers for the safe storage of your luggage are located in the Happy Family in fromt of the sea. The fee is 1 euro.
The lockers have the measures: height 39 cm; width 30 cm, depth 44 cm.

Smoking is not allowed at restaurants, waiting areas, rides and inside closed rooms.

There are two meeting points at Heide Park between the ice cream parlour and the stage "Seebühne" and on the entry. These are marked by a yellow sun.

One box office is located to the left of the park entrance at the beginning of the parking lot. The second is located to the right of the park entrance.

Dogs are welcome at our park. They can be brought along if kept on a leash. For safety reasons they may not be taken on rides or into shows. You can obtain bags to dispose of your dog's droppings at the Service Centre.

Cash machines are located at the Heide Park Shop and at the "Schatzkiste" opposite the stage "Seebühne".

Heide Park tries to accommodate disabled people as well as possible. All our offers take the needs of disabled guests into account. For example, we provide special parking spaces close to the entrance as well as suitable restrooms and wheelchairs free of charge at the Heide Park Shop. We also train our employees to be able to serve the needs of our disabled visitors. Except for some rides, all our attractions are accessible for wheelchairs. Please contact one of our employees if you need assistance.

If you find lost items, you can turn them in at all shops, restaurants and rides. An employee then takes them to the Service Centre as soon as possible. After your visit you can search online for your lost property.

The first aid station is located underneath the look-out tower (Panorama Tower). It is staffed by trained emergency medical technicians. In case of emergency feel free to contact our park employees.

Heide Park's single entrance is also its exit.

Bus lines to Hamburg, Hanover or to the train stations Wolterdingen and Soltau start from the bus stops opposite the park exit.

You can obtain all relevant information and brochures for your visit at Heide Park from the Service Centre, at the park entrance and the Annual Pass Station.

To ensure your safety in the park, all rides are subject to usage restrictions. These can be found at the overview of our attractions. Large information boards explaining the regulations have been set up near the box office and inside the park.

Underneath the look-out tower (Panorama Tower) you can find a great baby change room that can also be used for nursing. In addition you find it at Service-Center. Additional change facilities are available at the following restrooms: Maya-Tal, Capitol, Panorama Restaurant, Scream and Wild Water Ride I.
